COST OF WISCONSIN INC Concrete Fabricator or Laborer in JACKSON, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Smooth, finish, and shape concrete surfaces to meet project specifications. Set up and operate concrete mixers, while meeting proper raw material codes and batch requirements. Arrange concrete forms, spread lightweight cement mix, and install anchor bolts and steel plates. Operate hoists, cranes, and rigging to move materials safely and efficiently. Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, and tape measures, for concrete shaping and finishing. Demold and reset concrete forms for future use. Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning tools and equipment. Drive a forklift (certification provided). Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies. Perform other tasks as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Related experience in construction or a similar field is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, sketches, and material layouts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in non-standard situations. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and concrete application processes.
