Our client, a leader in staffing and recruitment, is seeking a Recruiter I to join their team. As a Recruiter I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting hiring initiatives and community outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, aligning successfully with the organization.

What’s the Job?
Attend and organize job fairs, building relationships with community organizations and applicants.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings for open positions, focusing on drivers, sales, and LI roles.
Perform administrative tasks such as posting job updates, managing site communications, and supporting the purpose committee.
Assist with New Hire Orientations and 30-day reviews to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Provide creative recruitment ideas and execute grassroots and boots-on-the-ground strategies to attract talent.
What’s Needed?
Experience in recruiting, with an emphasis on LI roles (e.g., warehouse, order pickers).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create tailored messaging for different audiences.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, and attend job fairs.
Ability to build solid working relationships with local agencies and community organizations.
