The Service Department Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repair information and charges billed out on Repair Orders.

This position requires a detail oriented individual that understands the value of accurately recording service department repair orders.

  • Verify repair order comments are accurate and complete

  • Ensure the corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order

  • Verify any appropriate documentation is attached and completed

  • Assist with incoming and outgoing service calls

  • Other administrative duties as needed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required

  • High organizational skills and attention to detail is required

  • Previous customer service experience is highly preferred

  • Previous experience in computer and phone skills is required

  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age

  • Must be able to pass pre employment screens (background and drug screen)

  • Asbury requires that all new hires show proof of completed vaccination
