Job Description

The Maintenance Tech position will be responsible for maintaining,troubleshootingand repairing plant equipment to help ensure continuousplant operationsand production requirements.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay: $21.00:- $24.00 per hour

Expected hours:40 per week

• Has ability to troubleshoot and repairelectrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components and systems.
• Has demonstrated knowledge of AC and DCelectrical theoryand functional understanding of 3 phasemotor controlcircuits.
• Has demonstrated ability and understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces,HMI, VFDs and other automated controls and can troubleshoot same.
• Performs maintenance and repairs to all manufacturing and facility equipment and systems
• Performspreventive maintenanceactivities on production, processing and plant equipment and systems.
• Able to follow directions and work unsupervised at times.
• Experience with forklift,boom liftand scissor lift operation.
• Accurately fills out all required paperwork.
• Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shift flexibility.
• Operates equipment and works safely, follows allGMPguidelines and keeps work area clean.
• Participates in meetings and trains others
• Can operate simple shop equipment. (i.e., drills, saws, grinders, and sanders)
• Fills in for other positions as necessary
• Additional responsibilities of this position include assisting in the creation of a culture of safety and health by performing work safely in accordance with all company safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work conditions or practice to supervisor. Occupational safety and health performance is measured in this position
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associates degree preferred
• Able to occasionallylift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have ownhand toolsto perform all job duties
• Wage depends on experience.
