Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities. If you have a experience in commercial maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Independently identify maintenance needs and proactively address them.
Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, document repairs, and manage inventory.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Safely operate tools and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
2-4+ years of commercial maintenance experience preferred
Experience in facilities maintenance, including working with plumbing, electrical systems, and drywall repair.
Experience working with chillers and boilers is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in using computers and maintenance management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
