Boeing Global Services (BGS) seeks an Engineering Multi-Skill Manager (K Level) to lead the Production Engineering and Maintenance Operation Planning Analysists Team supporting KC-46 and F/A-18 Mod Lines and the KC-135 Fan Ducts new build effort. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead the product lifecycle from build plan development to Production, along with aftermarket modifications. The position is onsite and located in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.

  • Partner closely with the operations team and cross-functional engineering teams

  • Develop estimates at Completion budgets (EAC)

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field of study.

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with management, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

  • 5+ years of engineering experience

  • Commercial derivative or military aircraft maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

  • 1+ years of experience developing costs, schedules, and performance standards

  • Experience with the KC-46A Pegasus Tanker Program

  • Experience do you have with F/A-18 aircraft

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

100% Onsite:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. (Jacksonville, FL.)

Summary pay range: 129,200 – 174,800
