Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for OMP solution enablement across modules
Scale our OMP Alliance through management of the OMP pipeline (including assisting in sales efforts), developing our talent pool, and product roadmap within Deloitte
Support Project Management and Client Management teams to define project scope, complexity, timelines, and execute signoffs with customers
Translate functional requirements into OMP technical requirements and assess complexity
Drive OMP solution architecture and design fit-for-purpose solutions. If needed, design new functionalities to solve complex business requirements
Define the overall systems architecture and data flow, including both standard software functionalities to be used as well as any software extensions needed.
Drive implementation of complex and more advanced OMP features (e.g.,Tier 2 &3), such as configuration of dashboards, pyramids, solver configurations etc.
Support training and development of OMP practitioners to scale our practice, while also guiding and coaching lead configuration consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Support customer and project team on Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices to the configured solution
Required qualifications
12+ years of experience in implementation & configuration of OMP modules, such as SOP, DP and OPR
Experience with OMP Data & Application Architecture and Features (incl. interfacing and new Release planning)
Experience with OPAL coding/development
Experience in OMP modules including OPR, SOP, DP, E2E architecture
Team lead experience
Experience in Agile methodology
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred qualifications
Certified as a OMP Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for OMP Solution Architect certification (e.g., Tier 1, 2, 3 for OPR, SOP or DP)
MBA
Advanced E2E supply chain knowledge, and understanding of supply chain planning processes
Advanced experience in workshop preparation and facilitation; strong communication skills
Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning
Full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $184,500 to $ 307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
