Your Role

Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highest customer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI).

Your Responsibilities

  • To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.

  • To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.

  • To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.

  • To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.

  • To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.

  • To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.

  • To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.

  • To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.

  • To adhere to existing Company Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor degree in logistics / supply chain management, business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding

  • Proficiency in sea logistics, air logistics and trucking operations.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent administrative & documentation abilities

  • Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia & English
