Alterra Associate Product Manager in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
POSITIONS SUMMARY:
Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting product development by listening to user queries, feedback, and issues to develop Product Requirement Documents (PRD). This role will support Product Manager by serving as the initial point of contact that supports the product development and performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY:
Product Development Manager
Analyze data of user behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend product decisions.
Support product managers in various product-related tasks and initiatives.
Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline product features, specifications, and functionalities.
Act as the primary point of contact for user queries, feedback, and issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of the products / initiatives.
Periodically communicating the list of Product backlog priorities to manage Stakeholders and Customer expectations and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business, Computer Science, or any related field
2-3 years experience in product development/product management especially in technology or related areas.
Experience with human-centered design methodology, with some work experience working in interdisciplinary design teams.
Experience working in start-up, e-commerce, technology, or similar environment
Having experience in building consumer-focused platform for B2B or B2B2C will be an advantage
Familiar with product development methodologies of agile framework
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence
