Role Overview :
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the branch operations of the elevator division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, achieving sales and profitability targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Operations Management:
Oversee all branch activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair services, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive branch sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Team Leadership:
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure branch operations comply with all legal, regulatory, and company safety standards.
Promote a safety-first culture and implement safety training and protocols.
What you will need to be successful
Minimum 4-6 years working experience as a Supervisor/ Senior Engineer in Lift business.
Degree in relevant Engineering field.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of Field colleagues.
Good communication skills both spoken and written.
