Responsibilities

This individual is a member of an efficient customer service group supporting field representative, retailers, and players. This team is supportive of all sales program initiatives.

• Field Sales Staff Support – including corporate and independent retailer teams, by assisting personnel with retailer related inquiries and requests

• Retailer recruitment liaison – Work with Business Development team to process new retailer applications

• Report on application status for Change of Ownership Requests

• License renewal processing and tracking

• Filter, dispatch, and resolve all customer service calls and email inquiries

• Track and report on new retailer installs and removals

• Process and report on Retailer Status Change Requests

• Lottery Vending Machine Placement processing and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years sales or marketing work experience

• Customer Service phone center skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Precise and detail-oriented mindset in areas of sales reporting

• Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions

• Proficiency with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams

• Proficiency with Adobe

• Conversational Spanish communication skills a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,440 - $75,254. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
