CHICKEN RANCH BINGO & CASINO Player Development Analyst in Jamestown, California

Position Summary As a Team Member of the Marketing department, the PD Analyst is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The PD Analyst is responsible for assisting the Database Manager in executing all Direct Mail campaigns and associated analyses.

Position Functions Essential Functions Assist with Direct Mail; develop and execute mailing/marketing lists, reviewing for accuracy. Create direct mail groups and offers in the PM system, ensuring the accuracy of offers. Assist with developing marketing concepts in an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns. Work with vendors on direct marketing pieces and is responsible for reviewing and approving all data and proofs (print and electronic), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all offers, lists, and records. Assist with the pre/post forma analysis of CRCR promotional campaigns and offers. Provide ROI analysis of marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators, including understating the player lifecycle. Perform financial analysis of player performance and identify areas to improve or target. Work collaboratively with digital marketing and other property Team Members in cross-departmental initiatives. Assist with planning and execution of targeted special events. Assist with preparing monthly and weekly reports to senior management and the Tribal Council. Assist with Special Events and other Player Development initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous Casino/hospitality experience. Basic understanding of how Casino Rewards programs work. Familiarity with room and event amenity programs. Familiarity with Casino CRM/CMS software. Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in LMS and applicable reservation software.

Preferred qualifications: 1+ years in data analysis and working with database systems. Intermediate or Advanced Excel knowledge and experience. SQL (Structured Query Language) server relational databases knowledge and experience. Promotions and special event planning.
