Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Field Service team in the administration of customer warranty/claims, escalations, and legal suits. Assist Field Service team with pre job preparation (material gathering and planning). Assist Field Service team in the preparation of pools for repair (draining and bracing of pools, dewatering of pool shell, etc.). Assist Field Service team in completion of structural and cosmetic repairs. Assist with the documentation of field repairs ranging from project close to SDS material procedures. Assist in routine maintenance of tools and other equipment used in field repairs. Other duties as needed by Field Service leadership. Pay is $21.19 per hour, hours vary depending on the repair and location. Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental and 401K Match. Qualifications/Skills: Valid Drivers License with clean driving record required. High School diploma preferred but not required. 5-years fiberglass repair experience preferred but not required. Good Customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically. Basic understanding of pools, equipment, and water chemistry an asset preferred but not required. Frequent travel required.
