Position Purpose: Leads the provisioning and supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as design and test, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. This role will work to expand supported identities included on our SailPoint solution (Non-Human Identities, Guest Accts, etc), as well as the migration of SailPoint to the Cloud and improvements on our SailPoint UI structure.

• Leads the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

• Optimizes new and existing processes.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of integration and joint designs.

• Stays abreast on knowledge of industry trends, protocols and standards, and associated technologies.

• Designs, builds, implements, and deploys high availability solutions and other required IAM capabilities for large, cross platform projects.

• Develops and documents standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation (i.e. run-books, repository of documents, etc.).

• Acts as the subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity applications.

• Designs, installs, and configures enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Authentication and Authorization.

• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.

• Gathers data, track trend metrics, and analyzes the results for continuous service improvement (capacity, monitoring system health, uptime and growth, etc.).

• Discovers and takes action on opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.

• Develops Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs, and incorporates industry best practices for access management.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

Requires 5 – 7 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

• One or more of the following skills are desired:

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.x and above

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow

• Knowledge on IAM Cybersecurity related items, specially around Identity Management

• Experience with Ticket Management using ServiceNow or similar

• Knowledge of Testing procedures using the software qTest or similar

• Technical Documentation skills

• Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

• Experience with Basic SQL querying

• Experience with Other: Power BI, Alteryx and other Data Analytics tools

• Knowledge of Other: Complex IAM domain and concepts

Pay Range: $83,600.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
