Oracle Senior Inside Sales Executive - Oracle Health - Community in Jefferson City, Missouri

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive to join the team!

Work closely with Client Executives and Sales Leaders to build, lead, and close sales opportunities within Oracle Health’s existing CommunityWorks and Community hospital client base.

Establish relationships with clients through remote meetings, correspondence, and ongoing support. Conduct market, client, and competitive analysis to recommend sales strategies for a territory or an assigned group of clients and collaborate with clients on Oracle Health solutions and services that meet their needs.

Conduct forecast tracking within sales tools, build sales orders and review them for accuracy based on client requests, solution requirements, and pre-negotiated terms, and run pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. You will also be able to recommend and implement marketing activities and campaigns and work to close subsequent sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Aligned to a geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives.

  • Generates sales leads and closes the sales online or by phone.

  • Inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales.

  • Develops account penetration strategies and closes business.

  • Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings

  • Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.

  • Liaise with customer contacts to build customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and sell Oracle products and services. Participate as an encouraging team member on sales teams, including field sales, support and education sales, and sales consulting.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $18.41 to $28.80 per hour; from $38,300 to $59,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 75/25.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
