About Us:

MacLellan Integrated Services is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization offering a range of services including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, Production Support, and Wastewater Management to a broad range of business partners across North America.

About You:

As the Reliability Engineer, you are part of Best People. You will partner with our client utilizing our Best Systems, to ensure the reliability and maintainability of their facilities & equipment. You design, develop & monitor asset maintenance plans. You develop engineering solutions to issues effecting to assure plant operations through the application of data analysis. You help develop risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations. You participate in the validation of new installations and modifications including factory and site acceptance testing issues effecting to assure adherence to functional specifications to produce Best Results.

Necessary Skills:

Excepti onal communications, interpersonal, leadership and team building skills.

Strong computer skills with proficiency using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint).

Demonstrated proficiency using maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, Maximo, etc.

Ability to effectively collaborate with peers, management, subordinates and corporate resources to positively impact performance.

Ability to drive accountability and encourage excellence.

Necessary Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a combination of experience and a 2-year technical degree from a certified trade school or technical college in an industrial field or an accredited maintenance apprenticeship program.

A current certificate in reliability engineering or related industrial trade a plus.

Professional reliability engineering and maintenance planning experience involving preventative and predictive maintenance techniques, lean principles and proactive maintenance practices in process critical manufacturing facilities, auto manufacturing experience preferred.

Understanding of reliability data analysis and techniques including statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, Six Sigma methodology, root cause and failure analysis, etc.

Experience interacting with project sponsors, subject matter experts, project managers, and key stakeholders.

Experience with safety principles, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA’s) and the use of PPE.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:

All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
