담당 업무
ㆍ일일, 주간, 월간 수익 보고서를 준비
ㆍ수요 예측과 시장 분석을 통해 가격 전략 수립과 조정
ㆍ모든 채널에서의 수익 최적화 전략을 개발
ㆍ세일즈 및 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 점유율과 수익을 증대시키는 프로모션 제안 및 패키지 제작
ㆍEffectively manage inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market.
ㆍDevelop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all channels as well as collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to create promotional offers and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
ㆍMonitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand forecasts.
ㆍAnalyze booking patterns and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend appropriate actions.
ㆍPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, analyzing performance against budget and forecasts
ㆍResponsible for effective implementation and compliance of Revenue Management Standard.
ㆍDevelop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications:
자격 요건
ㆍ관련 학과 학사 학위
ㆍ레비뉴 메니지먼트,예약 분야 최소 경력 3년
ㆍMOS 에 대한 높은 이해도
ㆍ 영어 밎 중국어 능통자, 중국어 능통자 우대
ㆍBachelor’s degree is required
ㆍA minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
ㆍAbility to establish and measure standards/goals, evaluate results, make necessary corrections to achieve higher goals.
ㆍStrong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office
ㆍFluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage
