Job Description:
Upon restaurant opening, responsibilities include but are not limited to operate all dish washing equipment to sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, glass, cutlery, etc. Keep work area clean and organized The Steward is accountable for maintaining a high standard of sanitation of all kitchen equipment, and for keeping breakage to a minimum. Operate the dish machine in the prescribed manner Thoroughly clean and wash all kitchen equipment, hoods, store rooms, hallways, dock, machines, floors and walk ins Set up working areas as required Set up utensils as required Stock kitchen areas, restaurant, banquet and service areas with designated wares, utensils and equipment Report any shortages to the F&B Manager Comply with all loss prevention guidelines Report any faulty equipment immediately You are the key member making a mark on our guest experience by making them feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to
