JPMorgan Chase Asset Management Senior Associate Recruiter in Columbus, Ohio

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple groups within the front office team that supports the Asset Management (AM) Organization. You will also be focusing on Program Analyst roles with additional responsibility of line of business where roles could range from Analyst to Executive Director. In addition to working on open roles, you will also be tasked with ongoing, opportunistic candidate engagement, development, and presentation. Additionally, you will focus on supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition & Talent management for AM, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning and confidential project work. The ability to foster strong client relationships with senior managers and candidates is paramount and a consultative, strategic thought leadership is key to your success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end, full life cycle recruitment, from direct approach to completion

  • Ownership of a client group or multiple client groups within the "AM" business

  • Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable

  • Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations

  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunities and conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers

  • Take ownership of diversity strategies; understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate

  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 5+ years' total experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or retained search firm focused on financial services, with at least 3 of those years being in Asset Management

  • Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client service

  • Excellent Relationship Management experience both on the client and candidate

  • Expert name generation, networking and candidate mapping skills

  • High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within the firm

  • Knowledge of executive compensation packages across different competitors and industries and the ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
