JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Senior Associate, Product Portfolio Tools in Jersey City, New Jersey

Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. As a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Senior Associate, Product Portfolio Tools within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Outsourced Family Office (OFO) product team, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategy for multiple vendor and proprietary performance reporting, aggregation, and portfolio analytics. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and platforms, and your work will directly impact the financial management of high net worth families and their advisors. Job responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap and define specific, measurable OKRs for the product as well as define and groom product feature requirements through the agile framework

• Assist operations teams and advisors with client inquiries

• Aid in creation and delivery of a monthly product cabinet to ensure all key partners are aware of the product roadmap

• Focus on the integration and quality assurance of select OFO portfolio analysis tools, including but not limited to Blackrock's Aladdin, Clearwater Analytics and Vanilla Estate Planning

• Create and socialize detailed area product updates and represent the area in key product community forums such as budget planning, monthly cabinets and business reviews

• Serve as the product subject matter expert and key escalation point for training and inquiry resolution to ensure consistent production quality

• Coordinate with other product teams to agree on delivery expectations and work through blockers

• Prioritize work (Epics and Initiatives) by performing quarterly planning based on partner technology teams' capacity

• Work with technology teams to prioritize and plan product releases and ensure all technology teams are operating efficiently through the consistent review of agility metrics

• Collaborate with the delivery manager to manage workflow of Stories and Epics in Jira/Align for accurate reflection of progress completion

• Partner with legal, risk, compliance and controls to ensure the product is delivered to advisors and clients within the current reporting standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, with 1 plus in product management

• Product management experience

• Expertise in portfolio reporting and accounting processes with an understanding of complex investment products

• Experience with Jira, Align, agile product development and software delivery lifecycle

• Proven experience working with senior management and front office financial advisors

• Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

• Proven track record of new product feature creation and delivery

• Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions

• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure

• Excels in a dynamic environment that changes due to external factors and new priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Undergraduate degree

• Blackrock Aladdin experience preferred

• FINRA SIE and Series 99 required within 120 days of hire
