Conduct background research regarding new opportunities to both provide additional value and services within the context of existing home insurance relationships as well as to generate new revenue for the company beyond the conventional boundaries of home insurance. Conduct third party vendor and/or partner evaluation studies to inform the selection of strategic external partnerships vs internal capacity development for delivery of home service products. • Analyze a wide array of home services data streams (e.g., customer behavior data, smart sensor interaction data, etc.) during pilot testing of new potential product offerings and on an ongoing basis for established home service products to monitor and optimize overall take-up and product value proposition.  Support claims handling activity with ad hoc investigation of bulk and individual claims data to inform key opportunity areas for loss mitigation in home services offerings.  Manage Experimentation with messaging, pilot testing, offering design, and incentives to maximize policyholder take-up and engagement with new home services offerings. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple areas of the business to execute initiatives and manage relationships with key internal and external partners. Position Requirements: Master’s degree in civil, Structural /engineering or in Behavioral Science, or related quantitative/analytical field of study or in the alternative a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural /engineering or in Behavioral Science, or related quantitative/analytical field of study and three (3) years of experience in the offered position or related occupationJob Location: no international travel required for the job and only occasional national travel for conferences and seminars 3-4x per year. Work will be performed at home office in the United States. Work location/ state, city, township, and/or county may change.
