Job Description

MWH is responsible to supply material for packing & processing production, key responsibilities are ensuring adequate storage capacity in the MWH to support operations, on-time in-full delivery and stock accuracy. This role as Internal logistic manager needs to support the direction of the MWH immediate manager, manage MWH internal material flow process & layout, manage assigned improvement projects

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with immediate manager to support strategic deployment plan and execution in MWH

  • Co-create value stream mappings in MWH together with LCI department and drive MWH improvement

  • Lead material flow and layout design improvement and implementation for MWH

  • Support the new packing & processing material flow and layout in the shopfloor area for new equipment implementation.

  • Manage and drive improvement (safety, process, material flow) projects in MWH based on the needed specification, project time and budget.

  • Support automation and digitalization projects in MWH

  • Participate in global forums to share/collect best practices for further implementation in MWH

  • Support daily operation & trouble shooting

Do you have what it takes ?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing or Automation

  • Proficient in oral/written English

  • Minimum of 5 year work experience in distribution center, manufacturing logistics, manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum 2 year experience in supporting continuous improvement and driving improvement projects.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good experience in working with cross function teams

  • Result oriented, structural thinking, pro-activeness and interested in resolving problems

  • A team player with energy to take on challenges.

Nice to have:

  • PMP certification

  • Continuous improvement skills (e.g. 6 sigma, PPS, PDCA…)

  • Business intelligent softwares
