China is the most important market for the gaming industry today. The Logitech G gaming team is building a dedicated team in China focused on creating solutions that are purposefully designed for the unique needs of Chinese consumers and to accelerate Logitech’s growth towards becoming the #1 Gaming equipment supplier in China. This team will be based locally in China but will be part of the Gaming Business Group (“BG”) to help execute our “China for China”(C4C) strategy.
Prodcut Marketing Manager
Seeking an experienced product marketing manager, based in Shanghai, develop the marketing strategy and marketing assets of C4C new product launches, responsible for relevant partnership marketing opportunities seeking and implementation. Reporting directly to Marketing Head of China Accelerator Group.

Work with key team leaders to develop strategic-level visions of new product launches (C4C projects);
Information collection and tracking, including market information, competition information, industry/industry research, customer needs research.
Segment the target customer base, determine the core positioning & TA and unique selling points;
Drive and lead marketing messaging and marketing assets development of new product launches by working closely with product team and China marketing team to enable front-line teams to work more efficiently (including selling tool kit, KV, copy, video, product pages, product concept deck, etc.);
Launch the new products internally to China sales and marketing teams (how products are used to meet end-user needs), and gain enough attentions internally;
Support China marketing team to develop the go-to-market plan and to ensure great sales delivery and P&L results;
Seek relevant partnership marketing opportunities, and make the pulsive engery marketing plan to maintain the buzz of the new products by leveraging great relationship with patners;
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
More than 6 years of consumer electronics, gaming industry, and has served as brand marketing, product marketing, parntership marketing or other positions;
Have practical experience in product launch and new product introduction related projects;
Strong autonomy, strong time management ability, and pay great attention to the details;
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment
Experienced in presentations and demos. Be able to according to different levels of demand for targeted product value statement;
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills, Speak fluent English
Hardcore PC gamer is a plus;
Education:
B.S / M.S of Marketing or Business
MBA is a plus
