Basic Responsibilities 基本职责
Execution of Universal Robots China and judicious sales team strategy.

Execution of judicious sales team strategy, monthly gap closure plan, to achieve the monthly sales budget.
执行并促使月度销售业绩达标。
Development and execution of an Automotive Industry Plan in line with Universal Robots product portfolio to potential customers.
根据潜在大客户的需求，制定并实施符合优傲机器人产品线的汽车行业规划 .
Development of new customers and new business of Automotive industry, achieve automotive team sales budget.
开发汽车行业的新客户新业务 , 并促使达成汽车团队销售目标 .
Development of new CSP/OEM partners and leverages all the resources to build up a close relationship and cooperation with CSP/OEM partners.
开发新 CSP/OEM 合作伙伴，充分利用所有的资源，建立起与 CSP/OEM 合作伙伴紧密的联系和合作。
Creation and maintenance of the solid pipeline in Salesforce.
在 Salesforce 系统中建立并维护可靠的销售项目。
Driving and participation in the marketing events (fair, seminar and conference) related to Automotive, and turns the leads into real opportunities and orders.
支持并参与汽车行业相关的市场活动（展会、研讨会等），并将销售线索转化成实际机会和订单。
Qualifications& Skills 任职资格及技巧
College degree or above, MBA or equivalent preferred
本科以上学历，工商管理硕士或相等学位优先
Deep automotive industry and practical experience within the Key Accounts/Large Accounts area both in Automotive industry and Robots industry
对汽车行业和机器人自动化行业有深入了解并有在业内大客户 / 大客户领域的实际工作经验 ,
Familiar with the automotive industry and understand the application and program of robot automation preferred.
尤其是熟悉汽车行业并对行业机器人自动化应用和方案了解的优先
Minimum 7 years of experience and a proven track record from a similar position - working with large accounts channe l, Excellent experience in new customers development.
