About the Role

As an Inbound Telesales Representative, your purpose is to handle incoming calls from potential customers, provide product information, and close sales. You will build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of products or services to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries and providing information about products or services to potential customers.

  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during the initial call.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and understand customer needs.

  • Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent communication skills.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in handling demanding customer interactions.

  • Be able to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Possess a focused customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
