Summary: As a Digital Product Manager at TRC, you will be entrusted with the pivotal task of managing and enhancing our product data across all digital and print platforms. This includes ensuring that our comprehensive lineup of tire and wheel service and industrial belt repair products are presented accurately and engagingly to enhance customer experience and drive sales through our B2B portals, ecommerce sites, and printed catalogs. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field Additional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or related areas are a plus Key/Essential Responsibilities: Product Data Management: Take full ownership of product data, including descriptions, images, categories, and catalogs, ensuring everything is current, accurate, and reflective of our offerings. Digital Asset Management: Maintain an up-to-date digital asset library for each SKU including but not limited to screen and press-ready product images, videos, sell sheets, product labels, manuals and support materials. Develop a consistent file naming convention and tagging structure to make it easy for anyone within the company to locate digital product assets. Collaborate with in-house Creative and Marketing team to establish a list of missing assets and assist in the coordination of video shoots, photo shoots, etc. to help ensure all product support materials are up to date. Establish relationships with resale product suppliers to quickly acquire the necessary digital assets to support resale product listings and new product launches. Digital Platform Integration: Seamlessly integrate and optimize product information across various digital platforms to support an exceptional customer experience for every customer type. Create marketplace specific product data feeds for Amazon, Google Shops, etc. Customer Experience Enhancement: Leverage customer feedback and analytic insights to continually improve product discoverability and presentation, aiming for the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work Closely with the marketing, sales, IT, and product development teams to align digital product strategies with TRC's overarching business goals. Project Management: Lead and manage digital product projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of digital products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategies. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use this information to inform product strategies. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on digital product management tools and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven Track record in digital product management, particularly in managing product information and optimizing digital platforms Familiarity with the tire and wheel service industry or related fields, with a strong preference for candidates with direct experience Experience working with
