Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for providing high service level to existing customers, ensuring customer retention and developing new accounts.
to maximize revenue by constantly monitoring activities, pipelines (Planned Budget versus Actual Sales) and develop action plan to close the gap or exceeds target.
Operate as lead consultant to propose performance improvement work based on customers’ needs.
Attend to customer complaints, improvement program and business review as ways to gather feedback and increase customer engagement
Conduct unlocking supply chain and optimization improvement plan for customers.
