We’re looking for a Professional Engineer (Electrical) for our business in South East Asia. The main job function is to design the application of our global power fleet to solve the critical needs of our customer base across sectors such as Utilities, Events, Shipping, Petrochemical, Construction and Data Centers. The solutions provide for emergencies, enhancement opportunities, testing and renewable power generation. Apparatus includes Generators, Load Banks, Chillers, Transformers, Solar, Batteries and Control Systems.

What you’ll do:
Analysis of client system load profiles and electrical plant characteristics to determine sizing of power generation packages
Analysis and interpretation of electrical drawings to determine parameters for safe and efficient connection of power packages to customers’ electrical distribution systems
Perform electrical fault level calculations and protection studies for high voltage systems up to 66kV
Compile engineering schematic & layout drawings using CAD, design reports for submission to clients and management.
Advise Sales team on specific design issues and propose engineering solutions.
Liaise with client’s technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify project needs.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Qualified Electrical Engineer with minimum 7 years experience in an electrical power systems business
Exposure to power generation, high voltage systems and project management would be highly regarded
Provide technical engineering assistance & support to and for the business
QHSE, Project, Time and Risk Management experience
Ability to implement and continually improve on applicable processes and systems
MS Office Suite & Technical Software Experience
