Responsibilities You will apply a Product Management skillset to prioritize capability delivery in order maximize value to mission owners. You will leverage ITILv4 or equivalent IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices to manage spend plans, lifecycle costs, delivery roadmaps, and risks/issues/ opportunities, in conjunction with the PEO Digital DevSecOps Center of Excellence (DCE). You will employ Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods to develop personas, customer journey maps, and prioritized user stories to support agile delivery practices. You will champion software-defined solutions architected for continuous delivery under strict standards, leveraging a structured piloting process across technology investment horizons. You will utilize data-driven performance dashboards and improvement projects to improve Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital’s 5 World-class Alignment Metrics (WAMs). You will adopt innovative procurement approaches leveraging the full spectrum of the DAU Contracting Cone, in conjunction with the PEO Digital Procurement Center of Excellence (PCE). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of policies, guidance, regulations, and laws governing information management and the DOD/DoN IT systems and networks program management acquisition processes; AND demonstrated ability to develop plans and strategies to execute short and long term goals for enterprise IT services. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-14, step 10, which is currently equivalent to $181,216 (includes locality). If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
