- On-site management
- Obtain the necessary documents, permits, and approvals required to execute the build.
- Hire and direct subcontractors and tradesmen as needed to complete build.
- Facilitate the exchange of information between the owner, subcontractors, vendors, and bodies of authority in a professional, concise, and timely fashion.
- Maintain a detailed project budget and schedule to ensure accurate project execution
- Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets
- Engage with industry and business organizations in the region to enhance the company profile in the community
