What you’ll be doing:
Verify that HVAC systems have been installed correctly and are operating as designed.
Educate customers on HVAC equipment and modify operation if needed to fit customer needs.
Inspect install for quality and compliance.
Experience in servicing and installing major components such as coils, compressors, condensers, etc.
Experience in refrigerant charge and/or recovery.
Inform installation management team of any necessary changes or repairs.
Work closely with installation teams to improve methods, safety, documentation, and quality.
Drive quality efforts to assure all HVAC installs meet customer requirements.
Perform root cause analysis relating to installation deficiencies.
Performs daily work duties with little to no supervision in the field.
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicates with customers, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems. Promotes products and services to the customer.
Maintain accurate accounting of inventory and maintains tools in assigned vehicle.
Keeps workplace organized, neat, and clean.
Other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.
Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers.
Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and apply technical instructions.
Excellent communication and listening.
Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC installations.
Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.
Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
