Leeco Steel is currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist at our Joshua, TX location. This a great opportunity for someone with HR experience in a manufacturing setting.. We are seeking an individual who has 2 plus years in an HR environment working with employee programs, training, benefits, HRIS reporting, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and has experience in a variety in HR functions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Professional who would like a variety of tasks and a flexible schedule. This position will be based in Joshua, TX and will handle HR functions for Cleburne, Fort Worth, and Alvarado.
Position Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, screening and interviewing.
Onboarding of new hires to include manufacturing training.
Benefit knowledge and the ability to coordinate an open enrollment.
Time keeping and payroll functions
Training record upkeep and designation of online training.
Maintenance of employee online files and data
Maintaining job descriptions and salary data
Administrative and office tasks
Additional tasks as assigned
Preferred skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources with general knowledge of HR, payroll and benefit. legal requirements and HR processes. Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
