Summary:

Goldbelt Taku is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in support of the Defense Human Resource Agency (DHRA). The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting DHRA's Information and Technology interagency program by assisting with operations and maintenance (OandM), development, modernization, and enhancement of critical information applications.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain requirements documentation (process diagrams, use cases, user stories, RTMs, etc.).
• Create and maintain user guides for applications.
• Manage team process improvements, identifying process improvement opportunities, creating and updating process documents and facilitating processes updates by team members.
• Efficiently manages time on tasks as well as special projects.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
• Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to solve business problems.
• Assumes responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks within a project and coordinate with the project manager or stakeholders to determine the order of priorities.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Business Analysis experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create client-ready documentation/deliverables in a variety of formats

• Independent worker who can quickly learn new processes in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in business analysis, business administration, IT, or any related field
• 3+ years of experience in the related field.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Tier-3 / National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) background investigation in accordance with DODI 5200.02-DoD Personnel Security Program (PSP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• • Experience working in GitHub, ServiceNow, AWS or Zenhub.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000
