Responsibilities include building solutions for internal and external projects using Power Platform, root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership with team members. Also responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platform application systems in test and production operations, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution or escalation. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines. Acts as an internal expert in terms of the assigned system and is responsible for knowing what changes have been made to the base system. Plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to various levels of internal users. Conducts technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and/or analyzing technical solutions for clients. Assesses new software products and solutions. Duties include participation in client needs assessments, evaluating hardware and platform availability, and software requirements.
Works with internal and external clients to identify application and analytical requirements
Design and develop applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 services
Implement custom solutions that leverage various Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 services
Documents processes and procedures used to create and maintain applications
Performs business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement
Leads special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members
Liaises with IT team on regarding applications and data governance, and maintenance of the data warehouse including security, privacy, and user management concerns
Performs unit testing on work completed
Liaises with QA team regarding system, integration, and user acceptance testing

Qualifications:
Experience developing applications from on the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps and Power BI
Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse is a plus
Knowledge of Power BI data querying and modeling capabilities, such as creation of calculated columns, measures, and relationships using DAX
Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions
Experience with supporting all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including: gathering and analyzing business requirements; documenting functional/technical specifications; designing, developing, testing and deploying applications; and, providing production support
Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions
Knowledge of Power Platform and other Microsoft O365 licensing plans and features included in different plans
Experience in implementing agile/scrum software development methodologies
Knowledge of automated unit testing and test-driven development
Ability to troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide follow-up on issues
Critical thinking, problem-solving, trouble shooting and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills

Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 6 + yrs equivalent experience required
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $85,000-115,000.
