Xylem Service Technician - Electrical in Kalgoorlie, Australia

Xylem is seeking a Service Technician- Electrical to work in our Kalgoorlie workshop and serve our customers in the field. This role will repair Xylem equipment in the workshop and will attend sites to repair Xylem products, primarily Flygt and Godwin diesel pump sets, and starter panels along with any additional electrical work as required.
The successful candidate will have an electrical trade qualification like to troubleshoot, be solutions-focused, will live by our “Accept Only Zero” safety culture, and provide exceptional Customer service.
The role:
Onsite support, maintenance, and technical assistance
Electrically disconnect and connect, test and inspect pumps and products in the workshop and potentially at the customers' premises where required
Complete routine & emergency assessment and service/repair of pumps and rental fleet across our leading brands in our service workshop.
Train and support other employees, including temporary or contract team members.
Liaise with the manager to provide direction and support to the team to achieve set goals and maximise efficiency.
Prepare service reports and updates.
Repair, monitor, and install equipment as required.
Inspect and test products before dispatch to customers.
About you:
Trade qualified as an experienced Electrical Fitter
Great attention to detail and time management skills.
Must be a good communicator with a great attitude.
Ability to travel throughout the Goldfields Region
