Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics Financial Administrator in Kampenhout, Belgium
We are looking for a financial administrator to join our team in Kampenhout, Belgium.
Your Role
Our International Road department, located in Kampenhout, is the Belgian hub for KN’s international road transport network. As a financial administrator you are responsible to support the business with handling all received and outgoing invoices and other various other financial tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Handle and book all received supplier invoices;
Draft and send customer invoices;
Processing of financial and accounting data in our financial system;
Monthly financial reporting;
Resolve any complaints that might occur, including complaint resolution in direct contact with the customer;
Management of Suppliers;
Create standard operation procedures and work instructions for financial shared service center employees (SSC);
Manage performance of SSC staff.
Your Skills and Experiences

Degree in accounting or equivalent by experience;
Open for starters;
Good IT and MS Office knowledge;
Analytical mindset;
Proactive, Independent worker and solution oriented;
Language skills – Dutch and English. French is considered an asset.
