Hyatt Duty Manager - Front Office (Hyatt Centric Kanazawa | Hyatt House Kanazawa) in KANAZAWA, Japan

Description:

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.To assist the Duty Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Desk at the hotel, specially Japanese guests and foreign national guests.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel or 2 year work experience as Team Leader.Well developed communication and customer relations skills.Proficiency in Japanese and English is a must.
