ADECCO CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A Bilingual Administrative Assistant FOR ONE OF OUR TOP CLIENTS! Kansas City, Missouri Pay rate: $21/hr

M-F 7am-3:30pm

This position is accountable for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Manager and/or department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects

Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines

Keep projects on schedule

Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager's signature

Research, draft or abstract reports

Prepare quotations for customers

Assist with creating financial models

Assist management as an interpreter for Spanish speaking employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Proficient in English and conversational Spanish

Proficient in Accounts Payable

Three years of related work experience

Two years of experience in accounting

Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are necessary

Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills required to include the ability to provide written and verbal instructions, compile and present business reports/correspondence, and present information clearly

Capable of planning and organizing work and processes; ability to self-direct multiple projects and meet deadlines

Quality and customer service orientation

Ability to cooperate and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
