Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Network Operations Specialist local to Kansas City, MO. As a Network Operations Specialist, your day begins with monitoring network performance to ensure everything is running smoothly. You quickly address any alerts or issues that arise, troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently. Regularly, you perform maintenance tasks such as updates and patches to keep systems secure and up-to-date. You configure and manage network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance. Providing support to users with network-related issues is a key part of your role. You document all changes and incidents meticulously for future reference and compliance. Additionally, you implement and oversee security measures to protect the network from threats and unauthorized access.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
10+ years of general experience in Information Technology
Strong background in Network Engineering/Administration
Must possess at least two of the following certifications:
CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching, CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
IAT Level II Certification
CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP
Active Secret Clearance null
