Experience/Education Required:
- 3+ Years Hotel/Resort Leadership Experience Required
- Owner Services Experience Preferred
- High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of a combination of more than of the following departments - Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Budget development, revenue achievement, training employees, facilities maintenance, risk management, and reporting requirements.
- Maintenance of the property management system, inventory, and operation.
- In the absence of the General Manager, or at the GMs discretion, responsible for the efficient and economical function of every aspect of the property.
- Ensure adherence to property and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly room night revenue forecasts.
- Manage, supervise, and direct all EOM reporting requirements of the Resort.
