This position reports into Associate Finance Director APAC BUF center and is based at Bengaluru

Role reports to: Associate Director APAC BUF capability center
Location: Bengaluru
What you will do
Lead the monthly integrated business plan process for the markets by supporting on valuation and driving insights to market finance team to support on the gap closure ideas v/s financial target
Lead business planning and various financial updates for multiple markets. The person will be responsible for accuracy & providing business insights in collaboration with the market finance Business Unit Finance (BUF) peers
Liaise closely with local FP&A team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization & implementation of guidelines
Provide Standard or Adhoc Reporting/Analytics with robust assumptions and rational to support management decisions
Spearhead ownership for the FP&A system and drive initiatives to make system more robust, efficient and productive
Ensure all data submissions in the FP&A system are done timely and accurately
Build plans on balance sheet using driver based factors, using market specific insights and ensure accuracy of forecasts
Lead team of 3 people by coaching, mentoring, leading by example and delivering on results to drive performance based and empathetic culture
Come with ideas to innovate, ability to resolve complex problems and approach towards process and system automation.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Ability to work in a complex and matrix environment
Analytical and hard working ability to deep dive on numbers
High on teamwork and collaboration
10 years experience in financial planning and analysis with preference for matrix / complex environment work experience
Knowledge of SAP and One Stream is a plus
Language Requirements to be Fluent in English speaking and writing
Education & Professional Qualification to be Member of local CA / ACCA or equivalent
