Description and Requirements

  • Market opportunity (Channel/Competition) mapping along with regional sales team , Regional chain TAM & New Chain mapping.

  • Build plans (Qtr/month/year & geo along with RSMs) along with PXQ - responsible for LMB, RLFR & select MBOs

  • Track Partner, vertical performance against benchmarks, assess and enable growth actions.

  • Drive Mkt share & margin goals across PC & Non PC.

  • Regular interlocks for chains and Top LMB BPs to ensure in-depth account level view of TAM, share & competitive play.

  • Track Mkt trends & performance vs. plans (product velocity, competition) – regular interlocks with product & region sales team.

  • Drive share of visibility and share of shelf as per plan along with HO Retail/Mktg and RRM team.

  • Interlock with Mktg to drive co-op for key chains.

  • Drive Non PC business – Accessories and visuals through T1 partners. Monitor & grow Top BP business.

  • Drive services attach in RLFR and new chains through TOT integration, custom programs.

experience & qualification :

Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar role

Full time graduate is manadatory and MBA is preffered.
