Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist HRSS to join the team in providing the best-in-class onboarding experience for GF’s new hires. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws.
Your Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, HR team and other internal stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure a best-in-class experience for new hires.
Support HR tasks including creating databases, maintaining records, administering background checks and preparing reports.
Align new employees with managers and their team and timely communication of procedures and timelines to all stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage one’s workload to meet critical deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.
4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Meticulous and good team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, or related field
