Job Title: Sr Associate Engineer, Factory Systems SetUp
This position is for an Engineer/Associate Engineer in GLOBALFOUNDRIES' India center at Bangalore, supporting 200 and 300mm wafer fabs in US, Singapore, and Germany. This position is responsible for the setup and configuration of the factory systems to execute production ramp goals. This job requires 24x7 support and the candidate is expected to work on any of the day or night shifts as required by business needs.

This job requires 24x7 support and the candidate is expected to work on any of the day or night shifts as required by business needs.
Your Job
Master data configuration in the manufacturing execution systems e.g. routes, products, test wafer, process systems and control plan master data
Creation and maintenance of documentation and processing instructions (specifications)
Error analysis of process flows
Resolving setup differences and addressing discrepancies to the respective department as part of incident management, level1 support
Creation of user accounts
System-side adjustment of process plant configurations
Release of special/experiment lots
Required Qualifications
Education: BCA / BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard software applications
Logical thinking skills
Knowledge of Fab1 software applications is an advantage
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and precise working methods
Willingness and suitability for shift work
