Description and Requirements
Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is a smart infrastructure solutions provider to organizations of all sizes. Scope of Responsibilities
Collaborate with Architects, managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of the software.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or a similar role leading enterprise product architecture. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Design, build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale, high-performance and scalable requirements.
Develop and deploy microservices on cloud platforms, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and efficient.
Implement machine learning models into production and maintain their lifecycle.
Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several AI projects.
Delivery AI related feature development
Ensure the security and compliance of solutions as per industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree with 8 - 15 years of related experience
Relevant working experience in Datacenter Technologies.
Experience with any of these programming languages -Python, GoLang, SQL
Strong hands-on with any programming language & Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies and Kubernetes& Proficiency withLinux Operating systems / Linux Scripting
Be a subject matter expert in data center infrastructure management for AI including compute, Storage and networking fabric & Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity withAI/ML librariesand frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch etc), LLM frameworks and platforms(like Hugging Face).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure,AWS, GCP,) and services related to AI/ML.
Strong ability to understand and organize structured and unstructured data from various sources
Familiarity/working experience with Agile methodologies in specific Scrum, Scrum at scale
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
