As Junior Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining the item Material Master Data for different categories in the area of Purchasing.
Performing the on-going maintenance of Master Data.
Monitoring data quality and consistency.
Ensuring on time delivery of Master Data to support Purchasing activities and Accounting activities.
Providing daily customer service.
Supporting Purchasing System Implementation by on time delivery of high quality items Master Data
Education: University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
Background and experience: Experience in working with complex data. At least 1 year of experience in Master Data environment would be an asset. Experience in working with ERP systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge: Understanding of Master Data concepts and Data Governance principles. Knowledge of Data management tools would be a strong asset.
Skills: Analytical skills, multitasking and fast learner. Problem solving and detail oriented. Good overall computer skills, especially in Excel; Power BI, Power Query would be an asset. Customer Service mindset. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Team player with good communication skills.
Language: English (fluent written and spoken), any other foreign language will be an asset.
