As a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies and within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment, the European division based in Poland, develops the most advanced optical sensor and targeting systems for global defense and military sectors, National Security, Search & Rescue and Airborne law enforcement agencies. From long-range covert surveillance missions to search and rescue operations, our MX-series systems, and the mission systems solutions they are a part of, produce stabilized high-magnification electro-optical and infrared images from airborne, marine and ground based platforms, enabling our customers to see first and act first.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Oversees and manages internal and / or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program. External aspects require leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines. Internal aspects may include leading a subset of the project’s scope, or interface between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Influences the adoption of practices, approaches and concepts across multiple disciplines.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

    What you’ll bring

    The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years project management experience including schedule, scope, risk and opportunities, resource and financial management and reporting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with experience of managing relationships with all levels of the business

  • Must be able to speak Polish and English fluently

  • May have in-depth knowledge of project management with experience gained in industrial production or services

  • Experience of SAP ERP knowledge is an asset
