JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent temp to hire position working for one of our clients in Kaukauna working as a Machine Operator! Company offers a flexible, casual work environment, including a great benefits package and bonus program once hired. Responsibilities: Directing crew members and ensuring safety measures Responsible for meeting daily production targets Making sure product meets customer specifications Filling out daily quality and production logs as well as all other required paperwork Offers input and constructive feedback on other crew members Completing daily or weekly preventative maintenance on machines Performing changeovers on machines Moving shafted product via overhead crane Confirming daily and weekly clean-up is completed, and machine is ready for the next shift Other duties as assigned such as assisting in packaging and palletizing product, or general housekeeping of work areas if machines are down General Information: Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm Length: Temp to Hire Pay: \$21.00-\$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: Kaukauna Job ID: 199423 If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
