Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and information.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for testing.
• Manage patient records, including updating electronic health records (EHR).
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
