Express Employment Professionals Lab Technician in Keego Harbor, Michigan
- Develop CNC programs and operate high-pressure water CNC machines to assess the performance of the equipment on customers' parts.
- Use analysis and data collection systems such as X-ray Fractometer, electropolisher, surface roughness analyzer, and cleanliness analyzer.
- Analyze testing data and create reports to be given to management and customers
- Create and employ work-holding fixtures and pieces with machining equipment and 3D printing
- Demonstrate the display machines to visitors to showcase the equipment's concept and performance.
- Assist our service team in creating CNC programs for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
